    Target every area of your body through a series of exercises incorporating the ballet barre. Instructor will be wearing toe sox and using 5 lb weights and an exercise ball.

  • Adv Strength & Sweat with Marlo (Mar 19, 22)

    Strength + Sweat mixes it up week to week with a little bit of everything, minus repetitive jumping. We use heavier weights and ankles weights in this advanced class.
    Class starts at 5 min mark with a brief intro.
    Equipment: Heavy weights, mat and pilates ball. Ankle weights are optional.

  • 60 min Bangin' Backside with Danna (Mar 13, 22)

    Take this class for a higher, tighter, rounder tush. All fitness levels.
    Class starts at the 6 min mark with an intro.
    Instructor is wearing toe sox and using a circle band and 5 lb weights.

  • 60 min Body by Barre with Crystal (Mar 7, 2022)

    Body by Barre strips away the extras to focus more work at the barre. No cardio, no weights, less on the floor, longer at the barre and a slightly longer stretch.

    No equipment for class, just a barre and mat for floor work.

  • ENCORE: CORE + TONE with Amanda (March 2, 2021)

    Focusing on cardio, core, strength and toning, this class is targets all areas of the body. Equipment: 2lbs, 3lbs and Pilates ball.
