Instructor is wearing runners and using a set of 3lb weights, 1x 5lb weight and 2 gliders.
Target every area of your body through a series of exercises incorporating the ballet barre. Equipment: 3 & 5 pound weights, a pilates ball and a mat. Instructor is wearing runners.

RISE UP is a HIIT class designed to elevate your heart rate, lift your spirit and cleanse your soul.
