Strength + Sweat mixes it up week to week with a little bit of everything, minus repetitive jumping. Equipment: 10, 5 & 3 pound weights, circle band, mat and a low bench, stool, couch, ottoman, box, or something like that (there will be a demo before class starts) . Instructor is wearing shoes.
ENCORE: Core + Tone Live with Emma C (May 20, 2020)
During this 50 min class, we will spend more time working on our mats, incorporating stabilizing exercises, standing movement patterns with cardio bursts to keep your heart rate elevated. Runners optional. HIIT sequencing could be included.
