In this class you'll combine light hand weights with exercises that target several muscles group to get your heart pumping, sweat pouring, muscles building and calories burning. All fitness levels welcome.

Equipment: Heavy weights, mat and pilates ball. Ankle weights are optional. -

Strength + Sweat mixes it up week to week with a little bit of everything, minus repetitive jumping. Equipment: 10, 5 & 3 pound weights, circle band, mat and a low bench, stool, couch, ottoman, box, or something like that (there will be a demo before class starts) . Instructor is wearing shoes.

This is an advanced class as we are working with heavier weights.
Equipment: 15lbs, 10lbs, 3lbs, ankle weights, and a mat. Shoes recommended. -
45 min Strength & Sweat with Crystal (Feb 7, 22)

Class starts at the 2 min mark with an intro.
Instructor is wearing runners and using 3lb weights. -
