Marlo Brausse is Barre Body Studio's owner, CEO and Master Trainer. She has been teaching at BBS since June 2012. Her classes are a full body, mind strengthening, soul cleansing sweat session.

    Strength + Sweat mixes it up week to week with a little bit of everything, minus repetitive jumping. We use heavier weights and ankles weights in this advanced class.
    Class starts at 5 min mark with a brief intro.
    Equipment: Heavy weights, mat and pilates ball. Ankle weights are optional.
