The intensity of your workouts should vary from day to day. For example, taking two high-impact classes back to back is not beneficial.
Each week you should aim to complete the following:
1x 30 min class, either high or low impact.
2x approx 45-60 min lower impact class or stack two classes together.
2x approx 45-60 min higher impact classes or stack two classes together.
Add in additional stretching and recovery time for optimal performance. Your body needs time to recover.

20 min Upper Body with Crystal
20 min of upper body work.

45 min Abs + Ass + Arms with Heather (Jan 4, 21)
Focusing only on toning, sculpting and defining your arms, backside and abs.
Equipment: 3lbs, 5lbs, 10lbs and a mat. Instructor is wearing shoes. -
60 min Bangin' Backside with Danna (Jan 2, 22)
Take this class for a higher, tighter, rounder tush. All fitness levels.
Equipment: Weights + circle band + mat. -
30 min Cardio & Arms #2 with Marlo
We keep the heart rate elevated with non-stop movement in this 30 min class. Equipment: 10lbs, 5lbs, 3lbs, and a mat. Shoes recommended.

CORE + TONE with Heather (Sept 28, 21)
Focusing on cardio, core, strength and toning, this class is targets all areas of the body.
Equipment: Weights, a ball, and a mat. Instructor is wearing shoes. -
60 min RISE UP with Marlo (Feb 2, 22)
RISE UP is a HIIT class designed to elevate your heart rate, lift your spirit and cleanse your soul.
Equipment: Weights and a mat. Instructor is wearing shoes.
Class starts at the 4 min mark with a brief intro. -
15 min Stretch with Danna
Instructor will be wearing toe sox and using a mat.
