Core + Tone

Focusing on your core-strength and toning, this class is designed to target all areas of the body with an emphasis on core work and centre-led movement. During this class we will spend more time working on our mats, incorporating stabilizing exercises, standing movement patterns with cardio bursts to keep your heart rate elevated. Runners optional. HIIT sequencing could be included.

  • 60 min CORE + TONE with Heather (June 29, 21)

    Focusing on cardio, core, strength and toning, this class targets all areas of the body.
    Class starts at the 6 min mark with a brief intro.
    Equipment: Weights, pilates ball, and a mat.

    Focusing on cardio, core, strength and toning, this class is targets all areas of the body.
    Equipment: 5lbs & 3lbs weights. A mat is also recommended.
