    Advanced Strength + Sweat mixes it up with a little bit of everything (including heavy weights), minus repetitive jumping.

    Equipment: 15lbs, 10lbs, 5lbs, circle band and a mat.

  • 25 min Arms + Abs #2 with Reanna

    Focusing only on toning, sculpting and defining your arms and abs, this is an excellent standalone 25 min class or an add-in to your already kick-ass workout for the day. All fitness levels.

    Equipment used: 3 lb weights

  • 40 min Legs with Chelsey

    This 40 min class will focus on your lower legs. Intermediate fitness levels.

    Equipment used: 5 lb weight and a glider
