Strength + Sweat mixes it up week to week with a little bit of everything, minus repetitive jumping. 3 pound weights, 5 pound weights, 1 ten pound weight, a circle band and a mat! Instructor is wearing runners. Some explicit language.

Body by Barre strips away the extras to focus more work at the barre. No cardio, no weights, less on the floor, longer at the barre and a slightly longer stretch.
