Focusing on your core strength and toning, this class is designed to target all areas of the body with an emphasis on core work and centre-led movement. During this 50 min class, we will spend more time working on our mats, incorporating stabilizing exercises, standing movement patterns with cardio bursts to keep your heart rate elevated. Runners optional. HIIT sequencing could be included.

Strength + Sweat mixes it up week to week with a little bit of everything, minus repetitive jumping.
This 25 min class will focus on your lower body, specifically on inner and outer thigh work. All fitness levels.

Target every area of your body through a series of exercises incorporating the ballet barre.
