The intensity of your workouts should vary from day to day. For example, taking two high-impact classes back to back is not beneficial.
Each week you should aim to complete the following:
1x 30 min class, either high or low impact.
2x approx 45-60 min lower impact class or stack two classes together.
2x approx 45-60 min higher impact classes or stack two classes together.
Add in additional stretching and recovery time for optimal performance. Your body needs time to recover.

25 min Lower Body Burn with Melissa
This 25 min class will focus on your lower body, specifically focused on leg and glute work. All fitness levels.

30 min Barre + Core + Stretch with Crystal
10/10/10 - spend equal parts at the barre, arms, core and then reset with a 10 min stretch.

30 min Cardio & Legs with Crystal (Nov 29, 21)
30 mins of non-stop legs and cardio with Crystal.

50 min EMOM with Marlo (Feb 5, 2022)
We hustle for Every Minute on the Minute in this class. Expect back to back strength work, cardio and combos.
Equipment: Weights and a mat. 15bs, 10lbs, 5lbs. Instructor is wearing shoes. -
ENCORE: BARRE.SO.HARD with Emma C (Feb 13, 2021)
This is our advanced class designed to challenge with added cardio and harder sequences throughout. Experience recommended, HIIT sequencing could be included.
