  • 20 min Lower Body Burn with Brittany

    This 20 min class will focus on your lower body, specifically focused on leg and glute work. All fitness levels.

    Equipment used: Pilates ball

  • 30 min Stretch #2 with Vanessa

    Relax, deep breath in and let’s flow through the movements. This 30 min stretch series is suitable for all fitness levels and will leave you feeling calm and revitalized.

    Np equipment needed

  • 30 min Ass + Abs with Tara

    Booty booty booty rocking everywhere….oh, and abs. 30 mins of booty work and ab work – a perfect combo as a stand-alone workout or coupled with another class. All fitness levels.

    Equipment used: circle band and Pilates ball

  • 45 min Core + Tone with Crystal (Mar 21, 22)

    Focusing on cardio, core, strength and toning, this class targets all areas of the body.
    Equipment: Pilates and a set of 3lb weights. Instructor is wearing shoes.

  • 50 min Bangin' Backside with Marlo (June 2020)

    Take this class for a higher, tighter, rounder tush. All fitness levels.
    Equipment: Circle band and weights.

  • 50 min RISE UP with Marlo (Mar 2, 2022)

    RISE UP is a HIIT class designed to elevate your heart rate, lift your spirit and cleanse your soul. Equipment: 5lbs and a mat. Instructor is wearing shoes.
    Class starts at the 6 min mark with a brief intro.
    Equipment: Weights + mat.

  • 60 min Hip Hop Abs + Ass + Arms with Danna (Nov 14, 21)

    Focusing only on toning, sculpting and defining your arms, backside and abs.
    Class starts at the 7 min mark.
    Equipment: Circle band & weights.
