    Strength + Sweat mixes it up week to week with a little bit of everything, minus repetitive jumping. Equipment: light, medium and heavy weights, a circle band, a pilates ball and a mat. Instructor is wearing runners. Some explicit language.

  • 50 min Yoga Strength Flow with Katie

    50 min strength based yoga flow focusing on the backside of the body. This perfect mixture will leave you feeling energized and revitalized. All fitness levels.

    No equipment needed, but you may want yoga blocks. You can use books or a water bottle if you don't have blocks.

  • 20 min Booty with Danna

    Booty booty booty rocking everywhere. This 20 min workout is perfect as a stand-alone or coupled with another class. All fitness levels.
