This is our advance class featuring more challenging barre combos and cardio choreo throughout the class. Expect high intensity and a lot of sweat.
Adv Strength + Sweat mixes it up with a little bit of everything, minus repetitive jumping. In this class we're using 10lbs, 15lbs and ankle weights. Adjust as needed and go at your own pace.
We hustle for Every Minute on the Minute in this class. Expect back to back strength work, cardio and combos.
