    Equipment used: 5 lb weights

  • 45 min EMOM with Heather

    We hustle for Every Minute on the Minute in this class. Expect back to back strength work, cardio and combos.
    Equipment: 3, 5 & 10 pound weights and a mat. Instructor is wearing runners.

  • 45 min Body by Barre with Crystal (Dec 6, 21)

    Body by Barre strips away the extras to focus more work at the barre.
    Equipment: Black ball and ballet barre for class.

  • 60 min CORE + TONE with Amanda (Feb 9, 21)

    We will spend more time working on our mats, incorporating stabilizing exercises, standing movement patterns with cardio bursts to keep your heart rate elevated.
    Class starts at the 7 min mark with a brief intro.
