    Short a sweet 5 min stretch.

  • 20 min Core with Nicole

    Focusing only on toning, sculpting and defining your core, this is an excellent 20 min standalone class or an add-in to your already kick-ass workout for the day. All fitness levels.

  • 30 min Barre HIIT with Heather

    This is an advanced high-impact interval training class designed to challenge with added cardio and harder sequences throughout. Equipment: 5 pound weights, a mat, and instructor is wearing runners.

  • 45 min Getting Started with Barre with Crystal (Oct 4, 21)

    No equipment required Barre Body Fit class. We'll take it one movement at a time. Focus on form and technique in this class. All levels. Great for beginners.
    Class starts at 8 min mark.

  • 50 min Bangin' Backside with Danna

    Take this class for a higher, tighter, rounder tush. Bangin' Backside will take you through the regular Barre Body Fit class format with an extra emphasis on sculpting, toning and strengthening your calves, hamstrings, glutes, back and triceps. All fitness levels.

  • 50 min Core + Tone Live with Emma C (May 20, 2020)

    We spend more time working on our mats, incorporating stabilizing exercises, standing movement patterns with cardio bursts to keep your heart rate elevated. Runners optional. HIIT sequencing could be included.
    Equipment: Light weights and a mat.

  • Adv Strength & Sweat with Marlo (Sept 4, 21)

    Strength + Sweat mixes it up with a little bit of everything, minus repetitive jumping.
    Equipment: 15lbs, 10lbs, ankle weights and a mat. Runners options.
    Class starts at the 4 min mark with a brief intro.
