    Booty booty booty rocking everywhere….oh, and abs. Booty work and ab work – a perfect combo as a stand-alone or coupled with another class. This 25 min, low impact workout is good for all fitness levels.

    Equipment used: circle band

  • 30 min Cardio & Arms #2 with Marlo

    We keep the heart rate elevated with non-stop movement in this 30 min class. Equipment: 10lbs, 5lbs, 3lbs, and a mat. Shoes recommended.

  • 35 min Arms + Abs + Ass #2 with Emma C

    Triple toning threat! Target your arms, abs and ass in this 35 min killer, low-impact workout. This is an excellent standalone class, or an add-in to your already kick-ass workout for the day. All fitness levels.

  • 40 min Adv Strength & Sweat with Nicole (Aug 18, 2021)

    Strength + Sweat mixes it up week to week with a little bit of everything, minus repetitive jumping.

  • 60 min CORE + TONE with Heather (June 29, 21)

    Focusing on cardio, core, strength and toning, this class targets all areas of the body.
    Class starts at the 6 min mark with a brief intro.
    Equipment: Weights, pilates ball, and a mat.
