  • 12 min Stretch #3 with Marlo

    Relax, deep breath in and let’s flow through the movements. This 10 min stretch series is suitable for all fitness levels and will leave you feeling calm and revitalized.

    No equipment needed

  • 30 min Cardio + Legs with Chelsey

    Non-stop cardio and legs with a circle band and a glider. Intermediate fitness level.

    Equipment used: Circle band and glider

  • 40 min Ballet Barre with Crystal

    Channel your inner ballerina with this ballet inspired barre class. No dance experience is required for this 40 min class! All fitness levels.

  • 45 min Barre Body Fit #3 with Heather

    This original classic workout designed to tone and challenge all fitness levels. Target every area of your body through a series of strategic exercises focusing on strength and flexibility incorporating the ballet barre. All fitness levels.

    Equipment used: 3 lb weights

  • 45 min 90s Hip Hop Abs + Ass + Arms with Danna (Jan 30, 22)

    45 mins focusing on toning, sculpting and defining your arms, backside and abs. Short bursts of cardio.
    Instructor will be wearing leg warmers and using a circle band, exercise ball and 5lb weights.
    Class starts at the 8 min mark.

  • 60 min Adv Strength & Sweat with Marlo (Dec 11, 21)

    Strength + Sweat mixes it up week to week with a little bit of everything, minus repetitive jumping.
    Equipment: 5lbs, 10lbs, 15lbs (ankle weights optional) & Mat.

  • 60 min Core + Tone with Heather

    Focusing on cardio, core, strength and toning, this class is targets all areas of the body.
    Equipment: 3 & 5 pound weights, a mat, and instructor is wearing runners.
