High Intensity Interval Training. This is a fast paced, challenge class that is designed to make you sweat!

Equipment: 5 & 3 pound weights, a circle band, a pilates ball, and a mat. Instructor is wearing runners.
Let's get sweaty. 45 mins of Cardio mixed with weight training for non-stop movement. 5 min cool down. Instructor will be wearing sneakers and using a black ball and 5 lb weights.
Focusing on cardio, core, strength and toning, this class targets all areas of the body.
Equipment: 3lbs, 5lbs, circle band and a mat. The instructor is wearing shoes.
This is our advanced class designed to challenge with added cardio and harder sequences throughout.
Instructor is wearing runners and using a set of 3lb weights, 1x 5lb weight and 2 gliders.
