Focusing on your core, strength and toning, this class is designed to target all areas of the body with an emphasis on core work and centre-led movement. We will spend more time working on our mats, incorporating stabilizing exercises, standing movement patterns with cardio bursts to keep your heart rate elevated. Runners optional. HIIT sequencing could be included.
