This is our classic workout that is designed to tone and challenge all fitness levels. BBF will target every area of your body through a series of strategic exercises focusing on strength and flexibility, while incorporating the ballet barre.

    This original classic workout designed to tone and challenge all fitness levels.
    Equipment: Weights, gliders, and a mat.
    Class starts at the 9 min mark.
