The intensity of your workouts should vary from day to day. For example, taking two high-impact classes back to back is not beneficial.
Each week you should aim to complete the following:
1x 30 min class, either high or low impact.
2x approx 45-60 min lower impact class or stack two classes together.
2x approx 45-60 min higher impact classes or stack two classes together.
Add in additional stretching and recovery time for optimal performance. Your body needs time to recover.

  • 20 min Lower Body Burn with Brittany

    This 20 min class will focus on your lower body, specifically focused on leg and glute work. All fitness levels.

    Equipment used: Pilates ball

  • 40 min Arms + Abs + Booty with Crystal

    Triple toning threat! Target your arms, abs and ass in this 40 min killer, low-impact workout. This is an excellent standalone class, or an add-in to your already kick-ass workout for the day. All fitness levels.

    Equipment used: 3 lb weights and Pilates ball

  • 60 min Bangin' Backside with Chantelle (June 1, 21)

    Take this class for a higher, tighter, rounder tush. Expect legs, glutes, core, arms and cardio. All fitness levels.

  • 30 min Arms + Cardio with Amber

    Let’s burn some calories and focus heavy on cardio and arms. Expect a fast-paced, 30 min aerobic style workout that is sure to get your heart rate up and leave your arms feeling worked. All fitness levels.

    Equipment used: 3 lb and 5 lb weights

  • 45 min Adv Strength & Sweat with Marlo (Aug 21, 21)

    Heavy and ankle weights. Strength + Sweat mixes it up week to week with a little bit of everything, minus repetitive jumping.
    Class starts at 6 min mark with a brief intro.
    Equipment: Ankle weights, variety of weights, and a mat.

  • CORE + TONE with Amanda (Mar 30, 2021)

    Focusing on cardio, core, strength and toning, this class is targets all areas of the body.
    Equipment: Circle band, 3lbs, 5lbs and a mat.
