Strength + Sweat mixes it up week to week with a little bit of everything, minus repetitive jumping. Equipment: 10, 5 & 3 pound weights, circle band, mat and a low bench, stool, couch, ottoman, box, or something like that (there will be a demo before class starts) . Instructor is wearing shoes.
