This is our advanced class designed to challenge with added cardio and harder sequences throughout.
High Intensity Interval Training. This is a fast paced, challenge class that is designed to make you sweat! Equipment: 5 & 3 pound weights, a circle band, a pilates ball, and a mat. Instructor is wearing runners.
Strength + Sweat mixes it up week to week with a little bit of everything, minus repetitive jumping. We use heavier weights and ankles weights in this advanced class.
The name says in all. Experience recommended, HIIT sequencing could be included. Class starts at: 7 min mark. Equipment: 3lbs & 5lbs weights.
