Equipment: Lighter weights and pilates ball + matt.
Adv Strength + Sweat mixes it up with a little bit of everything, minus repetitive jumping. In this class we're using 10lbs, 15lbs and ankle weights. Adjust as needed and go at your own pace.
Target every area of your body through a series of exercises incorporating the ballet barre.
20/20/20 - spend equal parts at the barre, arms, core and then reset with a 20 min stretch.
