The intensity of your workouts should vary from day to day. For example, taking two high-impact classes back to back is not beneficial.
Each week you should aim to complete the following:
1x 30 min class, either high or low impact.
2x approx 45-60 min lower impact classes or stack two classes together.
2x approx 45-60 min higher impact classes or stack two classes together.
Add in additional stretching and recovery time for optimal performance. Your body needs time to recover.

20 min Arms + Abs with Crystal
Quick 20 min arms and abs class for when your short on time or great when paired with another class.
Instructor is using 3lb weights and 5lb weights.

30 min Low Impact Arms + Ass + Abs with Heather
Focusing only on toning, sculpting and defining your arms, backside and abs. Equipment: 5 & 3 pound weights, circle band, pilates ball and a mat.

50 min Barre+Core+Stretch with Crystal
Skip the cardio in this class and spend equal parts in the centre, at the barre and on the floor targeting all areas of the body with an extra emphasis on the core. High Intensity Interval Training. This is a fast paced, challenge class that is designed to make you sweat!
