Body by Barre strips away the extras to focus more work at the barre. No cardio, no weights, less on the floor, longer at the barre and a slightly longer stretch in this 60 min workout. Give this class a try and you’ll find that it differs from our other classes, yet you are sure to feel the burn. This class is perfect for all levels, but beginners will definitely want to try it as there is more time to breakdown the postures and movements.
