Focusing on your core strength and toning, this class is designed to target all areas of the body with an emphasis on core work and centre-led movement. During this 45 min class, we will spend more time working on our mats, incorporating stabilizing exercises, standing movement patterns with cardio bursts to keep your heart rate elevated. Runners optional. HIIT sequencing could be included. Intermediate fitness level.
Equipment used: 3 lb weights and Pilates ball
