    Relax, deep breath in and let’s flow through the movements. This 20 min standing stretch series is suitable for all fitness levels and will leave you feeling calm and revitalized.

    No equipment needed.

  • 20 min Cardio and Arms with Emma D

    Let’s burn some calories and focus heavy on cardio and arms in this 20 min workout. Expect a fast-paced aerobic style workout that is sure to get your heart rate up and leave your arms feeling worked. All fitness levels.

    Equipment used: 2 lb and 5 lb weights

  • 45 min Barre Body Fit #2 with Lindsay

    Class starts at 6 min class mark with a brief intro.
