  • 25 min Inner and Outer Thighs with Amber

    This 25 min class will focus on your lower body, specifically on inner and outer thigh work. All fitness levels.

    Equipment used: Pilates ball and circle band

  • 30 min Barre HIIT with Heather

    This is our advanced class designed to challenge with added cardio and harder sequences throughout. Equipment used: Pilates ball, mat, and instructor is wearing runners.

  • 40 min Arms + Ass with Emma D

    Focusing only on toning, sculpting and defining your arms and glutes, this is an excellent standalone 40 min class or an add-in to your already kick-ass workout for the day. All fitness levels.

    Equipment used: 3 lb weights

  • 45 min Madonna vs Gaga with Crystal (Jan 10, 22)

    Moving to the music of Madonna and Lady Gaga with Crystal.
    Instructor is wearing runners and using both a black ball and a set of 3lb weights.
    Class starts at 5 min mark.

  • 60 min Strength & Sweat with Nicole (Jan 15, 21)

    Strength + Sweat mixes it up to bring you a little bit of everything, no repetitive jumping.
    Class starts with brief intro at 8 min mark.
    Equipment: Weights and circle band.

  • 60 min Adv EMOM with Marlo (JAN 8, 22)

    We hustle for Every Minute on the Minute in this class. Expect back to back strength work, cardio and combos.
    Class starts at the 6 min mark with a brief intro.
    Equipment: 15lbs, 10lbs and a mat. Instructor is wearing shoes.
