Non-stop arms and cardio in this 25 mins class.
Equipment: Light and heavy weights. Instructor is wearing shoes. -
30 min Barre Body Fit with Crystal (Sept 20, 21)
Target every area of your body through a series of exercises incorporating the ballet barre.
Equipment: Weights and a mat. -
50 min Body by Barre with Tara (May 2020)
Body by Barre strips away the extras to focus more on work at the barre. No cardio, no weights, less on the floor, longer at the barre and a slightly longer stretch. This class is perfect for all levels.
The class starts at 10 min mark. No equipment. -
60 min EMOM with Marlo (Nov 20, 21)
We hustle for Every Minute on the Minute in this class. Expect back to back strength work, cardio and combos.
