Take this class for a higher, tighter, rounder tush. This 30 min version of Bangin' Backside will take you through the regular Barre Body Fit class format with an extra emphasis on sculpting, toning and strengthening your calves, hamstrings, glutes, back and triceps. Intermediate fitness level.

Heavy and ankle weights. Strength + Sweat mixes it up week to week with a little bit of everything, minus repetitive jumping.
