Our Barre Press class is a shorter, condensed version of our classic Barre Body Fit. During this 50 min version of this class, your instructor will only teach one low impact cardio and keep you moving through the sequences quickly for a faster hit of feel good endorphins that will leave you feeling refreshed and ready to take on the rest of your day. All fitness levels.
