The intensity of your workouts should vary from day to day. For example, taking two high-impact classes back to back is not beneficial.
Each week you should aim to complete the following:
1x 30 min class, either high or low impact.
2x approx 45-60 min lower impact class or stack two classes together.
2x approx 45-60 min higher impact classes or stack two classes together.
Add in additional stretching and recovery time for optimal performance. Your body needs time to recover.

  • 25 min Booty + Abs with Crystal

    Booty booty booty rocking everywhere….oh, and abs. Booty work and ab work – a perfect combo as a stand-alone or coupled with another class. This 25 min, low impact workout is good for all fitness levels.

  • 30 min Bangin' Backside with Sharon

    Take this class for a higher, tighter, rounder tush. This 35 min version of Bangin' Backside will take you through the regular Barre Body Fit class format with an extra emphasis on sculpting, toning and strengthening your calves, hamstrings, glutes, back and triceps. All fitness levels.

  • 45 min Barre Body Fit with Marlo

    Target every area of your body through a series of exercises incorporating the ballet barre.

  • Cardio + Core #2 with Tara

    Let’s burn some calories and focus heavy on the cardio and core aspects of class. Expect a 15 min, fast-paced, aerobic style workout that is sure to get your heart rate up and leave your core on fire. All fitness levels.

  • 45 min Cardio Club with Danna (Nov 21, 21)

    Let's get sweaty. 45 mins of Cardio mixed with weight training for non-stop movement.
    Equipment: Weights and a mat.
    Class starts at 10 min mark

  • 60 min Adv Strength & Sweat with Marlo (FEB 19, 22)

    This is an advanced class as we are working with heavier weights.
    Equipment: 15lbs, 10lbs, 3lbs, ankle weights, and a mat. Shoes recommended.

  • 15 Min Roll & Release with Crystal

    Join Crystal for a 15 min foam rolling & release class. Ahhh. Your body will thank you.

    Equipment: Foam roller & lacross/tennis ball.
