The intensity of your workouts should vary from day to day. For example, taking two high-impact classes back to back is not beneficial.
Each week you should aim to complete the following:
1x 30 min class, either high or low impact.
2x approx 45-60 min lower impact classes or stack two classes together.

  • 20 mins Core with Danna

    Instructor is wearing toe sox and using a black ball, ankle weights and 5lb hand weights.

  • 30 min Arms + Abs + Ass with Emma C

    Triple toning threat! Target your arms, abs and ass in this 30 min killer, low-impact workout. This is an excellent standalone class, or an add-in to your already kick-ass workout for the day. All fitness levels.

    Equipment used: 3 lb weights and circle band

  • 45 min Strength + Sweat with Marlo

    Strength + Sweat mixes it up week to week with a little bit of everything, minus repetitive jumping.

    Equipment: 10lbs, 5lbs, 3lbs, glider (optional ankle weights) and a mat. Instructor is wearing shoes.

  • 45 min Barre.So.Hard with Heather (Nov 27, 2022)

    This is our advanced class designed to challenge with added cardio and harder sequences throughout.
    Equipment: 5lbs and a mat. Instructor is wearing shoes.

  • 50 min Cardio Club with Danna (Dec 5, 21)

    Let's get sweaty. 45 mins of Cardio mixed with weight training for non-stop movement.
    Class starts at 10 min mark.
    Equipment: 5 lb weights, mat, circle band & 2 gliders
    Instructor is wearing runners/trainers.

  • 50 min EMOM with Marlo (Feb 5, 2022)

    We hustle for Every Minute on the Minute in this class. Expect back to back strength work, cardio and combos.
    Equipment: Weights and a mat. 15bs, 10lbs, 5lbs. Instructor is wearing shoes.
