    This is an advanced high-impact interval training class designed to challenge with added cardio and harder sequences throughout. Equipment: 5 pound weights, a mat, and instructor is wearing runners.

  • Bangin' Backside with Crystal

    Take this class for a higher, tighter, rounder tush. All fitness levels. Instructor is wearing runners and using a set of 3lb weights, a black ball and a round band.

  • 30 min Low Impact Arms + Ass + Abs #2 with Heather

    Focusing only on toning, sculpting and defining your arms, backside and abs. Equipment: 5 pound weights, a circle band, a ball and a mat. Optional 3 pound weights.

  • 20 min Upper Body with Crystal

    20 min of upper body work.

  • 30 min Barre Body Fit with Marlo

    Target every area of your body through a series of exercises incorporating the ballet barre. Equipment: 5lbs weights, ball, circle band, and a mat.

  • 15 Min Core with Crystal

    15 mins of core work! Grab a mat, and let's get to work. Instructor is wearing runners and is using one 5lb weight.

  • Arms + Abs + Ass with Reanna

    Triple toning threat! Target your arms, abs and ass in this 45 min killer, low-impact workout. This is an excellent standalone class, or an add-in to your already kick-ass workout for the day. All fitness levels.
