This is our classic workout that is designed to tone and challenge all fitness levels. During this 60 min class, we will target every area of your body through a series of strategic exercises focusing on strength and flexibility incorporating the ballet barre.
Take this class for a higher, tighter, rounder tush. This 55 min version of Bangin' Backside will take you through the regular Barre Body Fit class format with an extra emphasis on sculpting, toning and strengthening your calves, hamstrings, glutes, back and triceps. All fitness levels.
