The name says in all. This 60 min version of our Barre.So.Hard class is HARD. We recommend you’ve taken a few Barre Body Fit classes before jumping into it – not to say that you couldn’t do it, because you can! This is our advanced class designed to challenge you with added cardio and harder sequences throughout. Experience recommended, HIIT sequencing could be included.
