This is our advanced class designed to challenge with added cardio and harder sequences throughout. Experience recommended, HIIT sequencing could be included.
Class starts at the 8 min mark with a brief intro.
Equipment: Weights, ball and a mat. Amber is wearing shoes. -
60 min Adv Strength & Sweat with Marlo (FEB 19, 22)
This is an advanced class as we are working with heavier weights.
Equipment: 15lbs, 10lbs, 3lbs, ankle weights, and a mat. Shoes recommended. -
60 min Barre Body Fit with Danna (Feb 13, 2021)
Target every area of your body through a series of exercises incorporating the ballet barre.
Instructor will be wearing sneakers and using an exercise ball and 5lb weights.
Class starts at the 7 min mark.
