Bangin' Backside will take you through the regular Barre Body Fit class format with an extra emphasis on sculpting, toning and strengthening your calves, hamstrings, glutes, back and triceps. All fitness levels. Equipment: 5 pound weights, 3 pound weights, circle band, and a mat. Instructor is wearing runners.
