Strength + Sweat mixes it up to bring you a little bit of everything, minus repetitive jumping. In this 40 min class you'll combine light hand weights with exercises that target several muscles group to get your heart pumping, sweat pouring, muscles building and calories burning. All fitness levels welcome.
