    Booty booty booty rocking everywhere….oh, and abs. Booty work and ab work – a perfect combo as a stand-alone or coupled with another class. This 25 min, low impact workout is good for all fitness levels.

    RISE UP is a HIIT class designed to elevate your heart rate, lift your spirit and cleanse your soul.
    Class starts at the 4 min mark.
    Equipment: Light and heavy weights, circle bands + mat.

  • 45 min Hip Hop Strength & Sweat with Heather (Mar 1, 2022)

    Strength + Sweat mixes it up week to week with a little bit of everything, minus repetitive jumping. Equipment: 10, 5 & 3 pound weights, circle band, mat and a low bench, stool, couch, ottoman, box, or something like that (there will be a demo before class starts) . Instructor is wearing shoes.

  • 45 min EMOM #1 with Marlo

    We hustle for Every Minute on the Minute in this class. Expect back to back strength work, cardio and combos. (Shoes recommended)
    Equipment: 10lbs, 15lbs and a mat.

  • Low Impact Barre with Tara

    20 mins of low impact barre work to tone your lower body. Great for beginners.

    No equipment needed

  • 30 min Low Impact Arms + Ass + Abs #2 with Heather

    Focusing only on toning, sculpting and defining your arms, backside and abs. Equipment: 5 pound weights, a circle band, a ball and a mat. Optional 3 pound weights.

  • 45 min Abs + Ass + Arms with Heather (Jan 4, 21)

    Focusing only on toning, sculpting and defining your arms, backside and abs.
    Equipment: 3lbs, 5lbs, 10lbs and a mat. Instructor is wearing shoes.

  • 60 min Strength & Sweat with Emma C (Mar 5, 21)

    Strength + Sweat mixes it up week to week to bring you a little bit of everything, minus repetitive jumping. All fitness levels are welcome.
    Class starts at 5:35 min mark with a brief intro.
    Equipment: 3 lbs and the instructor is wearing shoes.

    We keep the heart rate elevated with non-stop movement in this 30 min class. Equipment: 10lbs, 5lbs, 3lbs, and a mat. Shoes recommended.
