This is our classic workout that is designed to tone and challenge all fitness levels. During this 50 min version of BBF, we will target every area of your body through a series of strategic exercises focusing on strength and flexibility incorporating the ballet barre.

Equipment used: 3 lb weights and a Pilates ball
