    Focusing only on toning, strengthening and defining your core, this is an excellent standalone class or an add-in to your already kick-ass workout for the day. Intermediate fitness level.

    Equipment used: one 5 lb weight

  • 25 min Stretch #2 with Nicole

    Relax, deep breath in and let’s flow through the movements. This 25 min stretch series is suitable for all fitness levels and will leave you feeling calm and revitalized.

  • 30 min Adv Strength + Sweat with Nicole (Set 22, 21)

  • 60 min RISE UP with Marlo (Feb 2, 22)

    RISE UP is a HIIT class designed to elevate your heart rate, lift your spirit and cleanse your soul.
    Equipment: Weights and a mat. Instructor is wearing shoes.
    Class starts at the 4 min mark with a brief intro.
