45 mins Barre+Core+Stretch #2 with Crystal
Skip the cardio in this class and spend equal parts in the centre, at the barre and on the floor targeting all areas of the body with an extra emphasis on the core. Finish off this 45 min version of this class with a longer stretch to lengthen out those hard-working muscles. All fitness levels.
